I’ve realized something about growth.
I enjoy sharing my childhood stories — especially the parts where I made mistakes and had to change.
Not because I’m proud of the mistakes.
But because I’m proud of the transformation.
Most times when I share those stories, people react with surprise. Some say, “You’ve always been a good and obedient child.” And maybe I was. But what they don’t always see are the internal battles, the lessons learned quietly, and the standards I set for myself along the way.
