To the best of my knowledge, the Minister of the FCT, Mr. Nyesom Wike, is not a voter in Abuja.

He is registered in Rivers State.

It is not his responsibility to supervise the Area Councils election in Abuja.

That is the exclusive responsibility of INEC.

Assuming, for argument sake, that Wike is acting as an agent of a political party (whether the APC or the PDP), he cannot be a universal agent.

He can only be the agent of a particular polling unit or a particular collation centre.
