I just watched a video of Minister Nyesom Wike inspecting polling units in the ongoing FCT Area Council elections. In what capacity his he doing so? The security agencies are there to monitor the process and probably election observers. If any emergency is required as regards the voting process, the INEC officials can contact the INEC office for assistance. Even if Wike himself observes abnormalities in the process he still needs to contact the INEC office or security agencies.
