Anybody arguing against points that Nigeria has been fighting terrorism for 20yrs without evolving militarily needs psychiatric evaluation.
Across Africa, apart from Egypt & South Africa, no other country can boast of the capacity/capability to produce its own small arms, Nigeria included.
We import virtually everything!
What a shame!
Our policy makers & political leaders have failed us.
