Why does Lagos continue to fail across every index of a livable city? In broad daylight, LAWMA transports waste through the heart of Lagos in the most unacceptable manner. This is simply not good enough. Lagos can and must do better. The current administration should take a cue from the waste management practices introduced under Raji Fashola's tenure, which set a far higher standard for the proper collection, management, and disposal of waste in this city.
