T.G.I.F. What are you planning to do this weekend?
I bought a batch of Udara nwanu 2 days ago,seeing how sweet they were and knowing it's soon to go out of season, I decided to preserve some in the freezer.
I think I might spend the weekend looking for more and just deskinning and storing up for off season.
