The Trump administration secretly flew nine migrants to Cameroon in January, despite several having US court protections against removal. Some were reportedly restrained in chains and only learned their destination mid-flight. None were Cameroonian nationals, and no public agreement indicates Cameroon consented to accept these third-country deportees.
