Google scandal:

Google has access to all Nest camera content, even if it's not saved to the cloud.

A woman in America didn't subscribe to Google's cloud service, so theoretically, her camera content wasn't saved by Google. However, she was shocked to discover that Google had retrieved all the content.

Google had stated that if you didn't subscribe, the videos would be completely deleted within three hours and no copy would be saved.
