Airtel Africa Plc has repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing US$100 million share buy-back programme, reinforcing its capital management strategy and commitment to shareholder value. The shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.50, were acquired on 18 February 2026 from Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
