The Electoral Act has been signed into law amidst hues and cries about retaining ONLY real time electronic transmission of results from polling units as a way to safeguard electoral integrity.
As a Nigerian who is interested in credible elections, I believe that political parties and civil societies should start developing strategies aimed at deployment of data enabled platforms and devices to "assist" INEC officials in cases of connectivity "failures".
