People are always quick to attack when you share your view about the government and its agencies.

But honestly… why is it so difficult to give citizens the option to choose or port from Band B to A or C or D?

This is a digital world. Every meter comes with a dedicated number. The same system could easily be used to allocate or switch plans.

Why must it always be enforcement instead of flexibility? If everything is transparent, why not give people the power to choose? 🙄
