This is 'Ile Adagbadanla', Ibadan built in the early 1950s. Ile Adagbadanla is said to mean ‘the house of he who makes elaborate robes’ and it displays the essentials of the Brazilian Style.
It is situated in a densely populated part of Ibadan, relatively close to the city’s traditional core, according to C.O. Osasona of the University of Ibadan.
