‼️ Chelsea’s new regime self-reported the financial irregularities after discovering them while doing their due diligence before buying the club.

The conclusion of the charges is coming, it's anticipated to be non-sporting sanctions. That would mean a fine rather than, say, a transfer ban or points deduction.
