Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), the consumer products division of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), an Indian conglomerate, has signed a definitive agreement with Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, a Nigerian conglomerate, to create a joint venture in which RCPL will hold the majority of the capital.
