The Kano State Bureau of Statistics has dismissed misleading claims by the Global Improvement of Less Privileged Persons Initiative regarding the prevalence of child begging in the state.
It, therefore, threatened legal action against the non-governmental organisation, asking it to retract the publication and issue a public correction within 48 hours.
