Nigerians were shocked, a few days ago, to learn from the Minister for Health in Nigeria that only N36 million was released to his Ministry by the government for capital projects.
No wonder there were no anti-venom drugs against snake bites in Federal Hospitals in Abuja, for instance, when there was a recent emergency.
