This is the Spanish parliament in Madrid. (The senate) Even as a Nigerian I have the same preference as the Spanish. Just applied with legal documents passport or residence. The security will profile you and pass you. Here citizens are teargassed just for coming close to the gate of the parliament. What a shame.
