Just In: The EFCC has granted bail conditions to Nasir El-Rufai, but he has yet to meet the bail conditions, and is therefore still in the custody of the agency.

Reports have confirmed that DSS operatives have swarmed the EFCC office compound, raising fears that he may be re-arrested if he is released.
