Dr Abati on the morning show on Arise TV, asserts this morning that the “city boy movement” of Bola Ahmed Tinubu permeates all 774 LGAs and, rather generously, also sustains the “village boys.” One wonders, then, whether the local government INEC offices are to be understood as auxiliary branches of this movement or whether this was another of his rhetorical flourish masquerading as analysis,?
