Just In: Nasir El-Rufai has been granted bail conditions by the EFCC, but he has not yet complied with them, so the agency still has him in custody.

There are concerns that if he is released, he might be arrested again because reports have confirmed that DSS agents have swarmed the EFCC office compound.
