A church recently raised ₦960,000 for a member who was very sick. His hospital bill was ₦210,000 an amount he and his family could not afford.
During a service, the pastor announced; “Our brother is hospitalized and needs ₦210,000. Let us support him.”
Members began donating generously and by the end of the service, the total reached ₦960,000.
Afterwards, the pastor counted the money, gave ₦210,000 to the sick man’s brother to pay the hospital, and deposited the remaining ₦750,000.
