8. Taraba: 79.4%
10. Zamfara: 78%

The most uneducated states are

1. Yobe: 7.23%
2. Borno: ~23%
3. Sokoto: ~25-30%
4. Zamfara: ~30%
5. Katsina: ~32%
6. Jigawa: ~34%
7. Kebbi: ~35%
8. Taraba: ~40%
9. Bauchi: ~42%
