The issue of NSA phone being bugged with not be brought to the front burner. The part we will continue to hear is El Rufai breach on the NSA phone line. That is the skew. The most important issue here is how can a whole NSA line be that porous that a civilian will tap it. It show how intel leaked in Nigeria.
