Someone help me tell the National Assembly that where Real Time Electronic Transmission fails, the Form ECA, Which remain the other option of transmission, should be made available to not just the Presiding Officer, Party Agents, security personnel but also copies of such pooling unit result shall be made available to voters present . I think voters have the rights to access the results of their votes in pooling units
