Germany Urges EU to Prioritise Unity Over National Interests.

German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil has urged European Union members to stop hiding behind national interests and strengthen collective sovereignty. Speaking in Brussels, he called for faster decision-making amid geopolitical tensions.

The “EU6” group, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands, met to accelerate stalled reforms, focusing on investment integration and securing critical supply chains.
