The high cost of house in Enugu is alarming, a single room in Enugu cost as high as 200k now without water, it's becoming a national issue, a selfcon in Enugu is as high as 500k while a bedroom apartment is as high as 1m, and the government of Enugu state has refused to intervene because of it's less care about the masses while focusing on incessant impose of taxes on the masses.
