Growth is not always comfortable. Sometimes, wisdom comes wrapped in correction, long talks, and hard truths that test our patience. If we avoid elders because their words feel heavy or their presence is imperfect, we may miss the lessons hidden in their experience. Humility opens the door to knowledge, even when the moment feels unpleasant.
