In Obanliku, Obudu and Bekwara federal constituency of Cross River State. The people have grown use to suffering and backwardness because their representative can’t demand for simple basic development to alleviate the poverty of e people. My question is why can’t the Cross River State get the simple things of life. The people are majorly settlers Of rural communities with no water or health care to meet WHO standards.
