In every conflict, there are always at least two stories — sometimes more. Yet one of the quickest ways to damage relationships, destroy trust, and mislead justice is to form an opinion after hearing only one voice.
When we listen to one person in a dispute and conclude immediately, we are not mediating — we are aligning.
