Most world maps (the Mercator projection) are distorted. In reality, you could fit the USA, China, India, Japan, and most of Europe inside the borders of Africa, and still have room to spare. Africa isn’t just a continent; it’s a vast, diverse world of its own that the map has been hiding for centuries.
