BREAKING NEWS: Air India Flight AI-171 crashed 32 seconds after takeoff because both engine fuel control switches were moved from RUN to CUTOFF seconds after liftoff, cutting fuel supply and shutting down both engines.

Investigators found no mechanical failure in the aircraft. The preliminary report states the switches were moved sequentially about one second apart, starving the engines of fuel.
