Federal Government Files Lawsuit Against Nasir El-Rufai Over NSA Phone-Tapping Allegations

The Nigerian Fed. Govt. through the DSS, has filed a three-count criminal charge against former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, at the Federal High Court in Abuja. The charges stem from statements El-Rufai made during a television interview claiming he and others accessed intercepted phone conversations of National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu.
