It is unfortunate that the senate is not citizen friendly at all. It resonates with me that the house of representative is more citizen friendly than the senate. Look at that the new tax law, they were up to speed with what happened that some clauses were inserted in like , the one that empowers the ombudsman to arrest without warrant, without the courts ordering it.
