The framers of the constitutions must do something g around defections by elected people

The constitution infers that on election day, it is the party that is voted for not individuals

Though political parties must present qualified candidates, the law indicates it is the party that is voted for

So it flies in the face of good judgment that elected officials can decamp without losing their seats

The law around decamping should be made stiffer and tighter.

They should face a new elections
