Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo saying junior ministers don't have the right to talk over his tattoo controversy is worrisome.

Does he mean he hasn't had an opinion over the action(s) or attitude of other ministers? Secondly, why post it on social media if you can't stand the HEAT?
