When people who are supposedly learned continue to argue that we risk hacking of our election results, and BVAS isn't manufactured in Nigeria, to shy away from the REAL TIME TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS, it beats my imagination seriously.

What can be more risky than exposing our common patrimony (IPPIS payment platform) to a foreign company, or is IPPIS indigenous? Am I missing something?
