In many countries, refugees are people who cross borders in search of safety, shelter, and hope. But in Nigeria today, too many citizens are living like refugees in their own homeland — displaced, unsafe, unheard.

From communities attacked and abandoned, to families forced to flee their ancestral homes, millions of Nigerians are struggling not because they left their country, but because the system meant to protect them has failed them.

No citizen should feel like a stranger in their own land.
