The CEO of Ebenco Group Limited, Dr. Ebenezer Oluwagbemiga, stated that the 30,000 bpd refinery, located in Koko, Delta State, is in an advanced stage of development and is expected to begin production in 2026.
Oluwagbemiga explained that this is the first modular refinery manufactured entirely locally in Nigeria, built using local technology and expertise, without relying on foreign systems or imported manufacturing.
