LOYALTY HAS A PRICE!
It means staying when it would be easier to leave. It means defending someone in rooms they are not in.
It means telling uncomfortable truths instead of offering convenient silence. That costs reputation sometimes. It costs popularity. It can even cost opportunity.
In relationships, loyalty demands restraint. It asks you to choose one person repeatedly, even when alternatives present themselves. It asks you to protect someone’s dignity in their absence.
