To eliminate 'glitch' excuses, we must transition from merely 'snapping' a picture of the result sheet to filling a digital EC8A directly on the BVAS. This electronic form should require the biometric authentication or digital signature of the Presiding Officer and Party Agents to 'lock' the result on the device. Once locked, the device automatically synchronizes with the IReV server whenever it detects a network (Store-and-Forward protocol).
