Saw this video and it was one which made me laugh but then the subtle message here hit me.

It is the fact that change/strategy can be interpreted differently in a company. A good strategy without a well thought out comms and change mgt plan is just another paper in circulation.

As for the video, I think I am that clean shaven chap in the blue suit. Yeah, I dance like that 🤭🤭🤭
