Mr Mild, can mixing family or friendship with business really hurt growth? My answer is yes. When personal ties override fairness, accountability drops and trust weakens. A strong business needs clear boundaries and equal standards. You can care about people and still protect structure. That balance is what keeps a business healthy and growing.
