CASE UPDATE from @FBIAlbuquerque: A New Mexico man is facing federal charges following an #FBI led drug trafficking investigation.

The FBI Albuquerque SWAT team assisted in executing a warrant at the home of David De La Paz on February 5 and located him in his bedroom next to a loaded AR-15 style rifle on the bed. Agents recovered multiple loaded firearms, drug paraphernalia, and suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, and 30 grams of cocaine.
