Demons are disembodied spirit and are messenger in the world of darkness, fallen angels are bodied entity, they can even disguise as an angels of light. You don't deal with them with mere talk or encouragement, you command them with the power of God, hurt them, frustrated their activities over your life and destroy their dominion over your live , business and family.
