Credit to the crew aboard this Arik Air flight W3 740 from Lagos to Port Harcourt that took safety precautions after the left engine suffered damage while flying today, February 11th.

A statement from the Airline said the crew heard a loud bang then had to divert to Benin. All 80 passengers on board are safe and the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) is conducting an investigation.
