Kaduna – Former governors Ahmed Makarfi of Kaduna State and Sule Lamido of Jigawa State met on Tuesday at Makarfi’s residence in Kaduna for high-level discussions aimed at promoting reconciliation and unity within the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The meeting is seen as part of efforts to strengthen the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
