What Akpabio's senate passed only seeks to license INEC's discretion to not e-transmit election results!
The BVAS for accreditation before voting is also internet dependent. It goes therefore that wherever elections are are held, e-transmission is also possible!
The amendment must not carry that intentional clause inserted by Munguno. It serves only to rubbish the so-called amendment.
We must reject it!
