Kudos to all for staying true to the struggle on the electoral amendment bill!
But,
It is not yet uhuru ooo!
Should the final amendment come with the clause cleverly inserted by Sen Munguno today, it is dead on arrival! Because, it backs up INEC's discretion to choose either to, or not to transmit!
The BVAS machine being used for accreditation is internet dependent. It goes to say that wherever elections take place, e-transmission is also possible.
Let us be vigilant.
