Could it be that the level of illiteracy in certain parts of the country allows for politicians, especially lawmakers to easily get away with certain things or perhaps, it's an increasing distrust in the Nigerian system? I see no reason why the Senate will approve electronic transmission of election results and still allow manual collation as backup. And constituents/Nigerians are quiet? It's not uhuru yet. It’s like giving with the right hand and taking back with the left.
