Jesus reveals that defeat begins in the heart before it appears in life. Sin is processed inwardly before it is acted outwardly. Spiritual mindedness is heart governance. Religion changes behavior, but the Spirit purifies the heart. Guard your heart with the Word —because a cleansed heart produces a victorious life.
